The Longfellow Bridge is located between 
        Boston and Cambridge and spans the Charles River. The bridge carries six 
        (6) lanes of vehicular traffic and has two (2) Massachusetts Bay Transportation 
        Authority (MBTA) Red Line tracks in the median. The structure is 1,100 
        feet long and is comprised of eleven (11) spans of open spandrel steel 
        arches supporting a concrete deck. The piers and abutments are of granite 
        block construction.  
        Environmental & Construction Management Services, Inc. (ECMS) 
        provided consulting services to LVI Environmental Services during lead-based 
        paint abatement activities as part of the full rehabilitation of the structure.
